Remember Me
Hi everyone! Missed me? I had a busy but very fun week! I have a lot of ideas of posts. But those are going to have to wait a while cause my host will be changing servers beginning on this Monday and it might extend to the whole week. So I ask you to be patient if you don’t see my blog working correctly. Thanks :D
Robert strikes again! I only went watching this film because of him (I bet he was the reason you did it too!) and he did not disappoint me. His acting was really good and it seems like he’s more comfortable with this character than as Edward. Maybe because it doesn’t carry all that Twilight responsibility of being faithful to the books. Aas Tyler he seems to have more space to create the character as he wishes. His scenes with Pierce Brosnan (who played his father) were amazing!
I didn’t think he and Emilie de Ravin had a good chemistry! The romance didn’t not catch me at all. What did catch my attention was the little girl that play Robert’s younger sister! Her name is Ruby Jerins and I think we’re going to see some interesting works from that girl in the future! She seems to be very talented!
Other than that the film is quite boring but the unexpected ending saves it all and the overall message is great. So the film is worth watching even if you’re not a fan of Robert!

Look of the day: Joanna Lilly
I need more dresses. I feel like no matter what shirt, shoes, accessories I wear with jeans I still look the same. Well not the same but very similar to what I wear everyday. I just don’t like wearing dresses and skirts much cause I go out alone very often (ok me and my silly blocks! hehehe!). Anyway I liked the contrast of the delicate fabric with the belt. Ankle boots would look perfect with it.

Not something you see around a lot
I found Andrea Barja’s work as I was roaming on internet today and I instantly thought about sharing it cause it’s a very unique kind of art and definitely not something you see around a lot. I’m in love! Here are a few of her works.

Where’s Bee?
I wanted a kitten but forget about that! I want a lamb! This is Bee and you won’t regret meeting her :)
Can’t help remembering Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette (on one of my favourite movies ever!) in the garden scenes feeding the cute little lamb.

Nail art
Most of the decorated nails I see around are quite ridiculous but some are so cute! I couldn’t find any good tutorial about it on youtube. The ones I think are really pretty seem to be done with patterns or stickers or some thing similar. Here are some of the nail arts I think are pretty.

The Akoha Experience
Hi people!
I come bearing a tip to make your life a little more fun. It’s a new network social media that proposes challenges they call missions for everyone. You choose the challenge you want and you complete it at your own timing. There are all kinds of missions like singing in the rain, take a picture of a rainbow, cook dinner for someone and a bunch of other cool things. As you complete the missions you gain points. It seems to be really fun and I have already completed my first challenge :D
Their definition of Akoha:
Akoha Inc. is a Montreal-based social media company that leverages the Web and mobile technologies to encourage people to embrace and share special moments that make life a little more awesome. Akoha offers an abundance of real-world activities designed to invite people to discover life’s special moments, to capture them, and to share them with friends.

Look of the day: Kara C.
I think if I had a hat I wouldn’t know how to wear it. I lack courage I guess. But I think they look beautiful on people most. I want this outfit today cause everything looks comfy and the red tights makes it bright and fun. I have to get many coloured tights! Oh wait! It’s still summer here o.O

I heart tattoos
Sometimes I feel like getting a tattoo but I still didn’t gather the courage to get myself one. I’m afraid I might get tired of the figure I choose. I always keep an eye open for pretty tattoos on internet though. The ones I find to be prettier are the simple ones with simple drawings or quotes. Here are some.

This little heart is so cute!

I wanted one in the same place Taylor Momsen has hers. But a different figure cause hers looks kind of like a mole.

What about you? Do you have tattoos? Where? Do you want to get tattoos?

Do you want a little help getting organized?
I was looking for something to get organized now that uni started again. I hope that organizing my time better I’ll be able to do the stuff I like everyday. I want to put a time for everything but I don’t want to be stuck with it you know?
I found this really clean, simple and pretty organizer called Teux Deux (I love that name!). I’m using it for a week now and it’s really helpful. The only thing I did say as a feedback is that they could make more colours available for the main text. Here’s a quick video to show you how it works.
What about you? How do you get organized? Do you get to do the stuff you like everyday? Do you mark specific hours for everything? I could really use some tips :)
