There’s so much going on in my life now, good things mostly, so I have been neglecting some of my activists, bloging included.

+ Right now I’m so excited I’m not able to concentrate on anything cause I’m freaking anxious to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. Till now most part of me was in denial that the movie was going to be released cause that means the whole thing is going to end and I’m going to be really sad. But I got caught up with the excitement of all the premieres agitation and I’ll just try to not think about the end.

Two freaking days!!!!

+ Mum has gone through a surgery (nothing too complicated) and is recovering well. But while she’s not totally recovered all housework is responsibility of me and my sister. Whoa that’s a time spending activity! I don’t want to live alone anytime soon!

+ I’m setting a new look for this blog and I tried many layouts but none of it we’re thee exact match to my liking yet.

+ I’m so thrilled with all the commotion that’s happening in Brazil right now!
1) We have Paul McCartney’s concerts.

What’s your list?

I was cleaning my bedroom the other day and found some old CDs. I felt quite nostalgic and just had to put some to play. It felt so funny to remember the kind of music they used to do and the kind of music I used to like (before my punk rock teenager phase). All the pop boy bands and the sweet innocent girls singing and dancing. It made me miss it quite a bit.

Oh don’t look at me like that! I refuse to be embarrassed by the music I used to listen! That was what the music market put out there by that time and those songs marked my early teenager years. I also used to listen to what’s considered ‘good music’ such as No Doubt, U2, Blind Melon, The Beatles and etc. It was the time I spent all my money on CDs and recorded video clips on tape to be able to watch it when over and over and over again. I kind of miss these 90’s teenager pop simple music. At least there wasn’t such a necessity to shock like I feel music industry does today.

So there it goes the top 5 songs I used to listen to as a teenager.

1 – From the bottom of my broken heart – Britney Spears

It’s impossible to know how many times I watched that video and how much I wanted to have that hair hehehe! This and Sometimes were my favourite from Britney.

+ Wow! This week was crazy! I hate admitting but I’m the kind of person that likes to have the control of things and know where things are going. Everything happened differently from what I expected this week and although some parts were fun other parts got me quite insecure. Too introspective right? hehehe!

+ Neil Slorance made a 5 tips for finding inspiration with drawings and all. Very useful and pretty to look at.

+ I’m in love with all the cards from this so LittleSketchyCards on Etsy <3

+ Finished reading Shiver on Monday. It has love and paranormality (everything I girl could ask for right) and although the description of Sam doesn’t match to my imaginary Sam I’ll continue to imagine him as Steven Strait anyway. #repressedJacobfeelings

+ Birthday was good on Wednesday. I had my first surprise party with purple balloons and everything!

+ Dad gave me money for present and I have no idea what I want to buy. I want a horse but I don’t think I have enough to buy one hehehe!

+ I’m was looking for pretty ideas to decorate my bedroom and stumbled upon Christina Aguilera’s house photos. Honestly? I didn’t like her house. There’s so much information. I feel  suffocated just by looking.

First things first. Emma Watson’s new hair looks fabulous! She looks like a doll and reminds me a bit of Audrey Hepburn.

This week was different and very tiring. I started an 8 hour internship in a place I have no experience at all. Learning everything fast, trying not to make mistakes and look stupid all the time has been challenging. Not to mention is requires a lot from me physically!

I added buttons to access translations to the sidebar of the blog in Portuguese, Italian and French. It’s Google Translator so it’s not that good quality but it helps.

I just found the cutest necklace ever on this shop! I always wanted to ride on a hot air balloon but never had the opportunity. This necklace is so made for me! It’s from an online shop called Capricorn Tea that has a bunch of other beautiful things to buy. I don’t know if they ship outside Brazil. I guess you can just ask.

I got interviewed over at Vou de Blush! I won eyeshadows, lip gloss (that one that makes your lips seem like Angelina’s lips you know? It’s a bit itchy but it works!) and a mascara. I feel special! There’s even a picture of me there but it’s the same one I use on my About Me page which is revamped by the way. Let me know what do you think!

Joanna is having her first give away in celebration of 50 followers! It’s a beautiful bow necklace and I think you’d love to have it. Two words: go there!

Michelle Phan posted a precious beauty tip on YouTube this week. You know those pore strips that are great to get rid off blackheads on the nose area? They’re great but kind of pricey. Michelle has a great home recipe to make them and get the same result!

I finished reading The Catcher in the Rye and started reading Shiver. Anyone read any of those and want to share some opinions?
