I don’t want to play the nagging nutritionist here but how about starting to be a little more caring and selective about your breakfast? A good breakfast will influence your whole day. Your body surely will thank you if you sit down and chew slowly. Look at what you’re eating. Take this time to yourself. Show you care about your body instead of just complaining how big you think you look or how you felt tired for the whole day. Love yourself but don’t just love yourself. Act on it! Treat yourself right! It isn’t so difficult right? Your health and well being must come first. Make colourful, delicious, calm and slow breakfasts a habit!
